Walk Greenlake

I walked the 2.8 mile Greenlake loop. It felt good, and I’m glad I did it, but I notice I am falling into the habit of just walking for fitness. It is the easiest for me to do, and I enjoy it, but I do want more.

I am committed to increasing my level of fitness, and to continued weight loss. To do that, I need to increase my aerobic intensity. To do that walking, I need to add elevation. My other option is to start doing other things. I have been running a little bit with Murphy, and my calf feels good. I may attempt to add some running to my walking and see where it goes.
