Spin Class
Mark and I followed up an hour of lifting with another hour of spin class. Even though the class wasn’t that hard, I had no trouble getting my heart rate up. I am going to be sore tomorrow.

Lifted weights with Mark
Mark and I did 27 sets of 12 reps (15 reps for legs). I used slightly less weight than last week. Last week I was sore for five days after the workout.
Also - I am heading to spin class in half an hour. Probably crazy, but we’ll see.
