Spin Class

Had a different instructor this morning.  She wasn’t quite as hard as Rick (I think that’s his name).  She also did a lot of “jumps” and other drills that you would never do on a bike outside.  I personally like instructors who simulate riding outside, but that’s just me.  It still was a really good workout.
