Spin Class
Mark and I followed up a heavy lifting session with an hour long spin class. It isn’t as hard of a class as some of them, but it still drives my heart rate and gives me a great workout.

Lifted with Mark
Did a leg, back, and chest workout. 24 sets - 25 reps each for legs, and 12 reps for chest and back. It was an intense session, using close to max weights.
